Complimentary Event Highlights Video Production Service.

Purpose and Scope 

Empowering more AAPI people, including youth, to engage with community issues and civic activities. By creating compelling and informative videos, we can inspire and motivate individuals to become more involved in their communities and take an active role in civic engagement. A visual storytelling is a powerful tool to raise awareness and drive positive change. 

Qualification Requirements 

·       The event is organized by AAPI non-profit 501 (c)(3) organizations.

·     The activities are not be related to campaign fundraising, affiliated with any political party, or involve any candidate’s electioneering. 

Supportive Service

        Party A: 

·       Produce a one to two-minute highlights video for Party B’s event. 

·       The highlights video will focus on the event’s content, theme, and topics, without highlighting any political candidate or political party. 

·       The video will feature both Part A and Part B’s logos as a cross-promotion. It can be edited one time for text and pictures after the first draft is released; however, changes to the frame and theme will not be allowed.

·       Promote the video through Party A’s social media Channels and networks.

Party B:           

·       Provide Party A with the necessary materials, including event information, the agenda with speakers’ names, pictures, organizer’s logo and video clips if applicable. 

·       This video’s link can be embedded in Party B’s website, PowerPoint slides, or other materials for non-commercial promotional purposes.
